Does anyone one know what the long term tab is for. Went on to make a reservation and when you go into pick a site at the top it has a long term tab. Wasn't there this morning. It's on all the the campgrounds. Just surprised me. I don't know any coe anymore that do extended stays. Thanks Tara

Well look around we know plenty of honest people. We're just honest it's that simply. We r far from perfect but we don't lie. Don't mean to start any arguments.

RE: Itinerary for southern Oregun and northern Cal
So here's our update. Broken Arrow Campground is absolutely beautiful and plenty of site to fit 36ft rvs. We loved the bike trail around the lake. That is the perfect Campground to stay while visiting Crater Lake National Park.
We didn't get to go to Redwoods National Park. Our truck broke down on a Sunday and we were to leave the next day from Grants Pass Oregon. Still in the area can't get the part we need for our truck. It's the TCM part for our chevy and we and the dealers have called everywhere in this country to find that part and they are all on back order with a 6+ month shipment possible and maybe not then. The very sad thing it's an easy fix if you have the part. So unfortunately had to buy a new truck. But I must say the people in Grant's Pass and Medford Oregon have been so kind and helpful to us. So we will have to do that trip later. Waiting on our hitch kit cause this new truck has a long bed our other short bed. And also waiting on tonneau cover. But blessings are we didn't break down on Hwy 199 from Grant's Pass to Crescent City Cal.

RE: Learned an expensive lesson today
They tried multiple banks and we have an excellent credit score and are completely debt free. Made no sense to us. We were accepted by 1st bank till they asked about address and we will not lie so just did what we had to. Its all good things happen for a reason.

RE: Learned an expensive lesson today
The reason being if payments aren't made they need a physical address to pick it up at.

RE: Learned an expensive lesson today
They said we could give a address of a relative and that would be our residence but we just couldn't. Nothing good comes out of a lie and we are stuck out here in Oregon. It made us completely sick when they told us the part to fix our truck has been back ordered for months. They had 13 of the parts on order since last September. The chevy dealer we did business with looked to see if they could get that part in and no none in stock and would be months before they could get one if then. It is the Transmission Control Module. People r selling used ones for over 5000 bucks! And u don't even know if they work. So our only choice was to buy a used truck. Our truck was a chevy silverado 3500HD with 181000 miles. We love that truck but had to move on. The problem not alot of available heavy duty trucks to choose from out here every one has one. So we made the plunge on a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500HD SLE with 12000 miles. Ouch!!!

Learned an expensive lesson today
We have been fulltime rving since Feb. 2019. Didn't realize that unless you have and live at an actual address you can't get a bank loan. Crazy!! We have had a few other problems also with not having an actual residence. We had to buy a new truck and take it all from our savings. We had no choice. So those of you wanting to do this
Lifestyle keep a piece of property it will make this lifestyle easier.

Hyw 199 from Grants Pass to Crescent City California
Can anyone tell us what this road is like pulling a 32 ft 5th wheel. We have read negative reviews and really don't want to attempt if it is as bad as everyone says but what route would we take from Grants Pass? We are in Grants Pass now and head out Monday. Please We need suggestions. Thank you so much

RE: Itinerary for southern Oregun and northern Cal
Found another site at Broken Arrow so we reserved for 4 days. If we want to stay longer maybe we would be fortunate enough to get a 1st come 1st served site for another few days or so.
